How far along?:  17 weeks!! Gender:  It's a boy!!!!  Still can't believe it!!!

Maternity Clothes:  Yes!  This is the last time I will wear them, so trying to get good use!!  I still wear some regular clothes, but maternity pants are just so much more comfortable!  My belly definitely started to show faster this time around!

Sleep:  Sleeping great, other than Little K waking up in the middle of the night!  I fall asleep extremely early at night, though!!

What do I miss?:  Working out hard, my night time ritual (I fall asleep so early, I am missing out on adult life), e shots, cleansing, sushi, and wine!!  We went out and I got sushi rolls like California rolls, etc, but it's just not the same.  It's all worth it though!  I wouldn't change it for the world!!!

Cravings:  Potato chips, and crackers!!!  Seriously!  It's embarrassing to say but I have been known to finish bags of chips in one sitting!!!  The baby needs it :)

Symptoms:  Not too much now.  I definitely had all day sickness at the beginning but that subsided around 14 weeks, which I'm thrilled about!!  I'm really feeling great, and I'm definitely going to enjoy it while it lasts!!!

Exercise:  I am exercising 4-5 times a week.  Lifting weights at least 4 times a week, along with 20 minutes of cardio.  Before getting pregnant, I loved to combine my weights and cardio and really take it up a notch, but I have to be careful, so I decided to split my weights and cardio. On the weekends I run once a week, about 3-4 miles, and on my list is to start incorporating prenatal yoga.  I did this while being pregnant with Little K and it helped tremendously!

On my mind:  LOTS!!!  We are thrilled to be having a boy!! Now it is time to start planning out his nursery, picking out names etc.  It's all so exciting!!  Balancing this with a little one can be challenging.  There are nights where I stare at Little K and cry thinking about the fact that she might feel unloved by me while I have to tend to her baby brother.  I know many mommy's can relate, and I know it will all work out.  I just never want her to think that I don't love her as much.

Any mommy's of more than 1 have advice on how to make the transition with number 2 easier??  I would love to hear what worked for you!

xo,
