My current cardio playlist

When I workout I need some killer beats to push me and get me going!  I'm a huge music person in and out of the gym.  Music can totally change your mood and your outlook of your day.  A new song is sometimes all I need to push myself that much harder in gym.  If I'm not feeling my workout, it is usually because I don't have my headphones in.   Check out my cardio playlist on spotify.  This list is what I am most often listening to when I run, lift weights, or doing my HIIT cardio.  I am always adding songs, so make sure you check back. Have you tried spotify??  It's my new favorite app!!  I just recently started teaching fitness classes again, and this has saved me a ton of time and money!!!  Before I used to purchase all of the songs on I-Tunes, which can be quite costly.  Spotify is where it's at :)
