Sausage Noodle Soup
My mom has been making this soup for quite some time and it has always been a favorite of mine. This recipe was made gluten and dairy free. It is super easy and takes minutes to put in the crockpot.
Ingredients
Two 32 oz organic chicken broth
Two packages of organic and anti-biotic free chicken sausage (sun dried tomato or italian)
1/2 package of brown rice pasta (this is my favorite)
1 can of organic bpa free 28.2 oz diced tomatos
Directions
Pour chicken broth into the crock pot. Chop and peel the sausage. Add the pasta and diced tomato. Turn the crock pot on low for 4-5 hours, depending on your crock pot.
