Tabata Shoulder Workout
Hey Guys!! I don't know about you, but I am waiting patiently for the warm weather to start!! I promise, it will be here before we know it!!! It's time to take our workouts up a notch, and get our body ready to bare more skin!! This workout is done tabata style. One of my favorite ways to workout. You will definitely feel the burn at the end!!! So for this workout you will need a small set of weights. I used 8 pounds. Believe me, when you are at the end of this, you will thank me! You will need a clock with a second hand, or you can download an app on your phone to keep track of it. I like the Tabata Stopwatch App to keep track of the seconds. So the basics of tabata is it's a workout for 4 minutes. You workout for 20 seconds and rest for 10 seconds and repeat until your 4 minutes is up. It's important to stop right when the 20 seconds is up and start right back up as soon as the 10 seconds is up.
